Pricing is based on the size of the property, the level of cleaning required (standard, deep, turnover, or post-construction), and any add-on services needed such as carpets or odor treatment. For move-in/move-out and turnover cleanings, pricing is typically based on a square-footage range. For recurring home cleanings, pricing is based on home size and frequency. You can request a quote by contacting us directly.

We bring all cleaning products, tools, and equipment, including vacuums, microfiber cloths, scrub
brushes, and professional cleaners suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces. For post-construction and turnover cleanings, we also bring specialty tools for dust removal, detailing, and
adhesive or sticker removal.

We carry:

  • General Liability Insurance
  • Workers Compensation Insurance

This protects you, your property, and our team during every service.

No, you do not need to be home.
Most property managers, homeowners, and clients provide a lockbox code or access instructions.
We can text when we arrive and when we finish.
You’re welcome to stay home if you prefer.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Yes — blinds are included in deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction
cleanings.
For recurring services, blinds can be added on as needed
